Stadium Facilities
We are proud to have a fully cashless stadium for increased speed of service.
Payments can be made using:
- All major contactless debit and credit cards (the payment limit is £100)
- Mobile and wearable payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay (this method supports high-value contactless payments)
Event Days:
All bags must adhere to event guidelines.
If guidance varies for specific non-football events, this will be communicated. However, as standard,
personal bags must be A4 size or smaller (21cm long x 30cm high) - or it is possible to use a clear carrier bag (max 30cm long x 30cm high). You must NOT put any personal bags that do not meet the criteria within these bags.
Laptop sleeves are permitted, but they must be no larger than 37cm x 31cm.
If you require medical equipment which cannot fit in a bag which meets our bag policy, please refer to the information below on Medical Exemption Certificates.
Non-Event Days:
All guests will pass through a bag search upon entry.
For Stadium Tours, only A4 sized bags may be taken on the Tour. Larger bags must be left in our free bag drop located in the Tottenham Experience.
For the Dare Skywalk, you will not be permitted to take any bags with you on the Climb. Bags and personal items may be stored in our complimentary lockers.
For F1 Drive - London, you will not be permitted to take a bag with you in the kart. Bags and personal items may be stored in our complimentary lockers.
If you require medical equipment that cannot fit in an approved bag, you will need to contact the Tottenham Hotspur customer service team via the form below and request a medical exemption certificate.
The following list is a guide only and may vary between non-football events, depending on the requirements of the event owners. Security reserve the right to prohibit additional items at their discretion.

Unlicensed musical instruments and other devices capable of causing a disturbance or nuisance

Illegal substances

Fireworks, flares, explosives or ammunition

Knives, blades, firearms and weapons of any kind

Scooters, skateboards and other skates
- Spray paint, large industrial style ‘permanent’ marker pens
- Transmitting devices
- Professional cameras (including cameras with interchangeable lenses) and recording devices
- Unauthorised fliers, illegal merchandise items, illegal charity collection utensils
- Motorbike helmets
- Animals (except service dogs and assistance dogs)
- Prams and pushchairs (this may be assessed for each event)
- Selfie sticks, GoPros, professional and semi-professional cameras and long camera lenses

The Tottenham Experience is located on the High Road (postcode N17 0AP) near the Southwest corner of the Stadium. Exclusive merchandise for all non-football events will be sold at the Tottenham Experience on the day of the event.
Stadium Tours will start and end at the Tottenham Experience and those taking part in The Dare Skywalk will also end their experience here.
